Catalyst Circle Rock has enjoyed a strong, intentional partnership with Ravinia Festival for nearly 20 years.  This partnership is rooted in a shared commitment to education, artistic excellence, and community empowerment. Together, we inspire scholars to live lives of leadership, meaning, and purpose, and to build a world that is just and peaceful.

 

Recently, students from Catalyst Circle Rock and five Chicago Public Schools, as well as Austin neighbors were treated to some great jazz at Catalyst Circle Rock’s Kehrein Center for Arts.  This performance was made possible due to Ravinia’s Jazz Scholars and Uniting Voices Choir.

 

One extraordinary and notable accomplishment is that two of our former Catalyst Circle Rock students have gone on to pursue four-year full scholarships to the Peabody Institute of Music on the campus of Johns Hopkins University.
